Qflex fault finding

If you are experiencing issues with your Qflex system in which it is not outputting any sound or there is a crackling noise coming from the units please check to see if the power light on the master unit is flashing. If the light is flashing pay close attention to the number of times it flashes as this will indicate its fault.
