The TonePrint beaming works, but often the amp's TonePrint LED stops flashing at the end of the data transfer. What can I do?
If the beamed TonePrint misses some data, the amp won't be updated and your current TonePrint will remain active.
Also, double check the levels on your iPhone and instrument. A successful beaming is indicated by your amp's green TonePrint LED flashing rapidly at the end of the data transfer.
If it only works occasionally, try changing the distance and angle of your smartphone towards the pickup and make sure that the distance between your phone and the pickup stays within a range of 3 to 10 cm.
