Error during crossgrading

I'm getting en error message during crossgrading - what does it mean?

When crossgrading between two native plug-ins

This error message indicates - as it says - that you're attempting to crossgrade from a license that's still active and hasn't been deactivated yet.

Our crossgrades require you to permanently surrender the license you're upgrading from, and swap it for the license you're upgrading to. 

To deactivate your license, please log into the iLok License Manager application and deactivate the license. Once that's done, please try to activate your crossgrade license again.

 

When crossgrading between a PowerCore plug-in and a native plug-in

This error message indicates that the license you're upgrading from, isn't registered to your account. As such, please do that first.
