Flashback Delay: Mono or Stereo

Question

The Flashback Delay has four jacks: 2 input jacks as "Mono" and "Stereo", and 2 output jacks as "Mono" and "Stereo".
What signal is sent out of each output jack? Does the pedal assign the dry signal to one output  and the delayed signal to the other output?

Answer

Dry signal is sent out of both outputs all the time, as the TonePrint pedals are true stereo. This means that they have sensors on both the stereo input and output.

If the pedal is connected in stereo on the input side it will process the effect in stereo. If it’s connected in stereo on the outputs, ping-pong delay as well as the dual delay option (quarter note + dotted eight) will be split to the two outputs - any modulation that is added will also be stereo.

Connected in mono on the output, the pedal will sum the two delay signal and send them out the mono output so you can still get the benefit of the dual delay.
