Linear Phase Equalization explained

What is Linear Phase Equalization?

Most Equalizers (EQ) introduce a phase shift during processing that results in a subtle phase distortion that colors the signal.

When processing in Linear Phase mode, no such distortion is introduced, ensuring a more transparent and accurate sound than other EQs not offering Linear Phase processing when compared to the original unprocessed material.

Out of the EQ plug-ins for PowerCore, Dynamic EQ, is the only one to offer Linear Phase processing by way of its Linear Phase mode.
