Do you have any technical specifications regarding minimum input impedance and maximum output impedance for the TC Level Pilot available?
From an audio source output point of view:
The Level Pilot pot is 10 kOhm and its passive attenuation can be regarded as parallel to the input impedance of the following speakers i.e. if the speakers input impedance are 10 kOhm, the output device will be looking into an impedance scaling from 10 kOhm (at Level Pilot min. setting) to a 5 kOhm at Level Pilot max. position.
The Level Pilot will work best at the following impedances:
Output device (connected to Level Pilot female XLR) min. output impedance: 10 kOhm high input impedance on speakers.
