Perform-V: What is the purpose of the 'Aux' connector?

Question

What is the purpose of the 'Aux' connector?

Answer

The 'Aux' input allows you to Connect a music player to the Perform-V.  When you connect a music player to the Aux input and play a track, any incoming chord information will be used to determine key/scale for Harmony or HardTune, if available in the preset you have loaded.

You will hear the Aux input signal mixed with your Mic input (vocals). If the Aux signal is too loud or too quiet, use the volume control on the external music player to mix to taste with your vocals.
