Units can't connect to VoiceSupport 2 on Mac

Question:
Help! When I try to connect my TC-Helicon unit to VoiceSupport 2 on my Mac, it says that "there are no MIDI capable devices available to VoiceSupport." What do I do?

Answer: 
Please make sure that your Mac is connected to the internet with a good connection. If you have a unit with MIDI ports, make sure MIDI control is set to USB. Finally, plug your unit into the Mac and leave it plugged in for about a minute or two, before opening the VoiceSupport 2 app. This should enable the Mac to register the MIDI device and allow it to connect to VoiceSupport 2. If you want to use another unit with VoiceSupport 2 in the same session, you will need to close down VoiceSupport 2 and repeat the process.
