I am not able to connect to VoiceSupport even though my computer recognizes the VoiceLive 3. What can I do?
Please first check this FAQ.
If you find you are still having issues, you can put the latest firmware on a FAT32 formatted USB stick (with nothing else on it), then boot into system maintenance mode, you should be able to load the firmware via USB.
If this is necessary, please contact TC Helicon support for a copy of the most recent VL3 firmware. Once you have this updated, it should resolve your connection issues.
