VoiceLive Rack: Using it as a USB audio interface

Question

Can I use VoiceLive Rack as a USB audio interface device for my computer?

Answer

The VoiceLive Rack can handle mic, instrument and effects recording and playback, but isn't really suited for this purpose.

This means, if you wish to process recorded vocals with VoiceLive rack, it's a better solution to use the S/PDIF or analog connections for sending audio to/from the VoiceLive Rack.

If you wish to use it via USB, a second audio interface is required for monitoring (as the VoiceLive Rack will only play back what's it's doing - not your full mix from your DAW). If you don't have a second audio interface, you'll need to use your computer's built-in headphone or audio out for monitoring.
