Some users have reported that fonts disappear within VoiceSupport when updating to the latest version of OSX.
It appears that some sort of font corruption can take place when updating the operating system, causing VoiceSupport to have no valid fonts to use.

You may find the sections 6 and up most useful.
Depending on the way in which your fonts have become corrupted, this may or may not work for you, but it's the best place to start.
You may also want to try Font Book and make sure that all fonts are "Enabled". Font Book instructions are within the Font Book app Help.
