Voicelive 3/X: White/Blue screen on startup

Question: My Voicelive 3/X is stuck with a white or blue screen on startup. What can I do?

Answer: There are a few things you can try. First make sure that you are using the correct power supply - PowerPlug12, 12V DC, 1A, negative centre polarity - and that the psu isn't damaged or faulty. Try connecting your VL3/X to VoiceSupport - if it shows up, try updating the firmware. If you can't connect to VoiceSupport, try starting the unit in Maintenance Mode, by using something small and pointy, like a straightened paperclip, to access and press the small switch inside the headphone jack. If you are able to do this, you can reinstall the firmware from a USB stick. See instructions in the attached PDF - the latest firmware version is also attached to this FAQ.

If neither of those options work, then it is likely to be related to hardware, and you will need to have your VL3/X looked at by a technician. If it is still under warranty you can contact the store you purchased it from for warranty service.
