Where can I get my product repaired? Who should I contact?

We recommend you only have your product repaired by either anĀ authorized Service Partner or by TC Helicon - the reasons being:

  • The most important thing to TC is to ensure not only consistent and affordable service, but also reliable products for our customers. To that end, we have restricted technical information, schematic diagrams, the ability to buy spare partsĀ and technical support to our authorized service centers;
  • Only our authorized service centers and regional offices can offer you factory-guaranteed warranty service for your product, as well as renewed factory-warranty on spare parts exchanged;
  • Furthermore, in certain territories, electronic devices need to conform to applicable laws regarding electronic emissions and safety, which we cannot guarantee, when the device has been modified beyond factory- and approved specifications by unauthorized third parties.
